Awake & Sing! by Clifford Odets at the Odyssey Theatre through January 31, 2016

Elina de Santos has directed a beautifully crafted revival of Awake & Sing!, Clifford Odet's timeless tale about a family struggling to survive amidst impoverished conditions in 1930s Bronx, New York, bumping up against familial obligations and their own dreams. The play has already been extended two extra months, now through January 31st and was reviewed quite favorably by the LA Times. For more information check out The Odyssey Theatre.
